Southbourne Refurbishment
The existing property was purchased after years of neglect and an illegal loft conversion. Maiva took it over, fully remodelled the building and updated the loft to become the open plan living space.
This maisonette underwent full refurbishment, with brand new upgraded electrics and plumbing along with insulation. The contemporary design was worked alongside by Maiva and the Architect/Interior Designer. New large velux in the loft space gave plenty of natural light and enabled an exciting space.
