Bournemouth New Build
Working closely with local architects, Maiva were able to take a small tight plot and build a contemporary 4 bed family home.
Our first venture into new build, and a mad one. Half the house was underground, with lower gardens and plenty of natural light. PV, MVHR and SIP panel construction mean its a really efficient and eco friendly house for the residents.
